What we collect when you use this site, your account and our apps, why, how long we keep it, and your rights.
Who is responsible
The controller of your personal data is Razador Development Studios. Contact: support@razador.dev.
What we collect, why, and for how long

We do not sell your data, do not use it for advertising, and do not send marketing emails. We make no automated decisions about you that have legal or similar effects.
Legal basis
- Performing our contract with you: your account, Licences, Linked PC, game-window sessions and payments.
- Legal obligations: accounting records and the proof of your consent to immediate access.
- Our legitimate interest in keeping the service and your account secure: the security log, sign-in sessions and attempt counters.
Payments
Subscriptions are sold through Link, a service of Stripe, as merchant of record. You enter your name, billing address and payment details on Link's payment page; they go to Stripe and never reach us. Stripe handles card data under the PCI DSS security standard and is an independent controller for the purchase data: see Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy and Link's at link.com/privacy. We send Stripe your email address and a reference to your account, and receive back the references and amounts listed above.
Who else processes your data
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this site, our service and its database, and sends our emails.
- Stripe and its Link service, as described above.
- If you play the demo video on a Product page, it loads from YouTube (youtube-nocookie.com) only after you click, and YouTube then receives your IP address.
- If you join our Discord, Discord's own privacy policy applies there.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union; where they do, it is under the safeguards the GDPR provides, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Cookies
This site (razador.dev) sets no cookies. The account pages set one cookie, the sign-in cookie, only when you sign in: it is strictly necessary, holds a random token, cannot be read by scripts, and lasts 30 days or until you sign out. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, so we do not ask for cookie consent.
We may count page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable form. Write to support@razador.dev from the email address of your account.
If you ask us to delete your account, we delete the data kept while your account exists, except what we must keep for the periods above as accounting records and proof of consent.
You can also complain to a data protection authority: in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, or the authority of the country where you live.
Age
Our service is for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data about anyone younger.
Changes
When this notice changes, we update the date at the top; if the change matters for your account, we also email you.
