Razador
Terms of Service
Last updated 27 September 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Razador Development Studios ("Razador", "we") for the licences offered on this site. Please read them before you subscribe.
1. Who we are
The Licences and the software are provided by Razador Development Studios. You can reach us at support@razador.dev or on [Discord invite, not set yet]. Details are on the Contact page.
Subscriptions are sold through Link, a service of Stripe, which acts as the reseller and merchant of record: Link takes your payment, calculates and pays the tax, sends your receipts and invoices, and handles payment questions. Link's own terms apply to the purchase; these terms apply to the Licence and the software.
2. What you buy
You buy a Licence: a time-limited right to use one Product (for example the Age of Empires III: Definitive Edition helper) for as long as your subscription is paid. A Licence is personal to your account and does not transfer ownership of any software.
- Your account can use its Licences on one PC at a time, the Linked PC, for every game. Another PC is refused until you unlink the first one on your account page, which you can do once every 3 days.
- Each Licence allows up to 5 game windows at once on the Linked PC.
- The app is downloaded from your account page. Updates are included while your Licence is active.
- The app needs an internet connection while you use it: it checks your Licence with our service every few minutes.
What each Product does, its requirements and its current status are described on its page on this site.
3. Price and payment
Prices are shown in euro (EUR) on each Product page and include tax. On the payment page Link may show the price in your local currency and works out the tax for your country; the amount you pay is shown there before you pay.
You pay on Link's payment page, by card or another method it offers. Your payment details never reach us; see Privacy. Your statement shows the charge as LINK.COM* RAZADOR.DEV.
There are no discounts, free periods or other promotions at the moment. If we offer one, its conditions will be shown next to it.
4. Subscription, renewal and cancellation
A subscription is charged when you start it and then every month on the same day, until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time on your account page (Account → Manage billing) or in your Link account at link.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your Licence stays active until the end of the month you have paid for, and is then not charged again.
5. Immediate access and the right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content supplied at once, that right ends when the supply starts, if you have asked for it to start and acknowledged that you lose the right.
Before every payment we ask you to tick a box saying exactly that: "I ask for access to start immediately after payment, and I understand that I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal once it starts." We record when you ticked it, and the confirmation email we send after your first payment repeats it.
As the seller of the purchase, Link also applies the consumer rules of your country.
6. Refunds
Once your Licence has started, we do not refund payments, including for the rest of a month after you cancel. A failed or duplicate charge is always put right. Link may refund a payment in some cases under its own policy. The details are on the Refunds page.
7. Games change
Our Products work with games made and run by other companies. A game update can stop a Product working until we release a fix. The Status on each Product page says Working, Updating or Down, and we post fix news on [Discord invite, not set yet]. We do not promise how long a fix takes; you can cancel at any time.
8. Your game account
Using third-party software with a game may break that game's own terms of service, and the game's publisher may suspend or close your game account. Whether to use our Products is your decision and your responsibility. Action a publisher takes against your game account is not a reason for a refund.
9. Who can buy
You must be 18 or older to create an account and subscribe; you confirm this when you sign up.
You may not buy or use a Product where the law that applies to you forbids it, or from a country or for a person to whom European Union sanctions forbid us to sell.
10. What you may not do
- share your account, or sell, rent or give away access to it;
- copy, resell or redistribute the app, or remove or get around its licence checks;
- attack, overload or probe our service, or use it to harm anyone else.
If you do, we may suspend or close your account. Where we close it for this reason, payments already made are not refunded.
11. Liability
We supply the Products with reasonable care and skill. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for losses caused by a game's publisher, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.
12. How the contract is made and kept
The purchase is made when Link confirms your payment. You receive Link's receipt and invoice and our confirmation by email; these terms stay available on this page. The contract language is English.
We may change these terms. For an active subscription, a change takes effect from your next renewal after we have emailed you about it; if you do not agree, cancel before then.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country. Please write to support@razador.dev first: most problems are solved by email. Questions about a payment can also go to Link's support at support.link.com.
